Frank King died from wounds on 5th August, 1917, after having been sent to a base hospital on the coast, but as yet there is no information as to when and where he was wounded. The 14th London battalion was part of 168 Brigade, 56th Division, that moved north to the Ypres area at the beginning of August, 1917. |
